The accommodations were excellent. Very peaceful, home away from home. Beautiful stately main home, exquisitely decorated. Served full delicious breakfast, made to order, poached eggs to perfection. Staff went above and beyond to explain the history of the Benn Conger Inn and makes us feel very welcomed.

Visited Cornell for a few days to attend an event and this hotel was ideal. The location is brilliant for access to the campus, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I visited over the Halloween period, and the communal areas were decorated, which was absolutely lovely. The whole hotel also smells amazing- I had to ask which room fragrance they used! Free tea and coffee are available 24/7 which was brilliant , and the whole place has a very cosy, homely feel. One night I managed to forget my room key and locked myself out, but I called the emergency number and a member of staff arrived within a few minutes to let me in...couldn't recommend this place highly enough, if I ever visit the area in the future I will certainly stay again!
