What a delightful place. Lovely hosts and great old fashion service. Breakfast was great and the area was lovely and peaceful. My wife wanted to stay another night, but it was booked out. Loved it.

It was a fantastic stay, located very close to the Cornell University, at the most affordable cost. The staffs are friendly, and very supportive. Located close to downtown, good number of restaurants are also available. Great choice!

The entire space was exceptionally clean. Only minor complaint coffee maker in room on too high of a shelf for a person who is 4 11.

Specious room, clean and well furnished. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to Cornell university. I definitely coming back for my next visit to Ithaca.

The property was extremely clean and the accommodations comfortable. Really nice large TVs with streaming apps were a bonus. Breakfast options were excellent, though they ran out of oatmeal and had a little trouble keeping up with replenishing things that were running out because of a very large number of people staying there at that time.
