    we were flying out of BWI and wanted something with a shuttle, clean and close. This will be the only BWI hotel I ever use again and have already highly recommended it! Beds were comfortable and the hotel in general was quiet, peaceful and welcoming, just what we need before an early fight. Thank you!

    I usually travel to Hanover at least 3 times a year.

    I usually travel to Hanover at least 3 times a year. Its a great place to get away to. The best thing about this area is it has several restaurants to choose from. There are many places to shop. It is also easy to travel to other places around Maryland from that area.

    The customer service was absolutely horrible.

    The customer service was absolutely horrible. The room was not great . I wanna spies with someone in the corporate office. That attendant needs to find another job .the way she spoke to me over the phone and the booking.com over the phone where I booked this room was unacceptable. And once I arrived, she still was difficult in person . I will never stay in a Red Roof again .

    Upon checking in.

    Upon checking in. They said that there was no king-size room left and they could offer us a queen size room. At least this was the lady at the front desk and she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. It seem like it was a manager that came by and pulled a list of rooms that had just been cleaned and we were able to get the room we booked after about 15 minutes, we asked for extra towels and we never received them. We had to ask for an ironing board a shower leaked all over the floor and water stains on the ceiling in the room. The breakfast food tasted good. That was way too small for the prices that were asked , I would not stay here again

    My stay was great as anticipated.

    My stay was great as anticipated. The mall nearby was my spot for shopping without a doubt. Overall the staff was professional and very respectable. In the future, my family and I will be staying here once again.

    We booked the hotel principally because we wanted a somewhat upscale experience close to the airport. The reception area of the hotel has great presence, and the room nicely done, but lacked the wow factor for the price point in my opinion. Something in the room set off my allergies making it difficult to sleep, but I loved the convenience of utilizing the airport shuttle to catch a flight.

    Breakfast was amazing. A lot to choose from whether hot or cold. Kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to highway and close to mall area which was key to choosing this location. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. For sure will be returning to this hotel in the near future.
