    The front desk staff aren’t welcoming ! Very mean and treat black quest bad! She needs to be fired , very very mean . Couldn’t believe they had her working there, is never go there again . She’s racist

    Had my contacts stolen!!!!! All of them!!!! I 100% depend on my contacts as they’re medically necessary and can’t wear glasses!!! Front desk didn’t give the message to the manager!! Called twice just to get through to speak with the manager!! She said she’ll look into but out tomorrow!! Also asked for another towel as there were 3 of us but they only left 2 towels! Never received & had to go to the front desk myself!!! I DO NOT recommend this hotel!!!

    I asked foe an Accessible room. I had to move to another room and there is no handicap toilets. My 2nd night no clean towels I. The room we had to go to tge desk to get them. The room keys never worked. We had to keep getting them reprogrammed. Very disappointed with this holiday inn
