Exceptional service from the moment we arrived until we departed. Staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was immaculate and well-appointed with modern amenities. The hotel's facilities, including the heated pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere for guests to unwind. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the west side of Yellowstone National Park. We appreciated the extra touches, such as complimentary candy in the rooms. The place was so beautiful! Our little cabin was so amazing! Everything was perfectly thought out, and the staff were all amazing. Valeria in the main office helped us out with laundry pods, and an easy upgrade to a bigger room. Even the staff in the pizza restaurant were so lovely and helpful. The pizza was delicious and they helped us with so many tips and suggestions for our trip. The other lady at the front also let me use her phone to make a booking for horse riding (because I didn’t have roaming). Everyone was wonderful and so friendly! The cabin also had everything we needed, which was awesome. Super warm and cosy!

This was the most marvellous cabin in the woods. It far exceeded expectations. Looked just like the photo’s. We absolutely loved our 2 night stay here. We used it as a base for exploring Yellowstone National park and it was perfect. Thank you to the owner Marion for letting us stay here.

Adorable cabin with everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Hosts gave clear instructions on how to check in and where to find extra blankets, supplies, etc. They even provided bear spray. The location, while somewhat far from Yellowstone, had beautiful stargazing nearby and a gas station and grocery store down the road.

Island Park was a quaint area close enough to Yellowstone and all areas of need. Great restaurant, Anglers Riverfront, that is a must during your visit. The food is great, staff is wonderful and view is gorgeous!

Pros: Spacious room, very clean, local wooden style, tasteful interior, bathroom is spacious, and towels are very soft, soaps smell nice. TV is nicely sized. Mattresses are heavenly soft, and sheets feel really good on the skin. The shower was great. The staff was friendly, and it's a great location if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle. Cons: For the price of an overnight, breakfast was disappointing; it was just average. I had to wipe down the table myself. As long as we were sitting there, nobody cleaned the breakfast tables. Orange juice was awfully watered down. Hubby said that the coffee didn't taste good. Choices weren't that great. It said ham at the buffet, but they didn't serve it. Best were the hashbrowns. It says "complementary breakfast." Let's be honest, it's always calculated in the overnight price, so guests do pay for it. Room: There was a constant noise coming from the wall throughout the night, as if there was an A/C unit on the other side of the wall. We were on the ground floor, and we heard every step from the guests above us. This took away from a good night rest.

Island Park was a great choice to stay for our Yellowstone...

Island Park was a great choice to stay for our Yellowstone trip. We ate at The Parlor a couple times, they had very good pizza and ice cream, highly recommend the Huckleberry. The staff there was extremely friendly there too, with very generous servings. The views from the surrounding area was breathtaking.

Beautfiul getaway in the mountains.

Beautfiul getaway in the mountains. It is a mountain dream and a fisherman mecca. The Tetons can be seen in the distance on clear days. If you love water, exploring, ATV's, winter activities, summer activities, or the outdoors at all, you should definitely visit.

This was my first stay in Island Park now that it has grown.

This was my first stay in Island Park now that it has grown. We found our way around and enjoyed the friendliness of the people we interfaced with. The most adventurous thing we did was drive up to Sawtelle Peak. It was a beautiful day. I will share some pictures. There was a lot of smoke in the air though.

For what we paid for, the quality of the hotel exceeded our expectations. Having said this, we probably avail a promo on a lean season so you might find it more expensive on a different season. We missed out breakfast in our first day because we arrived really late the day before. The receptionist spoken to the kitchen if they would let us and they did. Finally, we left one day before our expected check out because of circumstances. We were not charged for that day we have missed.

Wonderful cabin. Enough room for two people or small family. Beds were extremely comfortable. Ample hot water, and great kitchenette for those who wish to cook. Wifi stable and satellite tv to pass time in evening. Beautiful location near Yellowstone Park, but far enough away (20 minute drive) from the crowds. Island Park area has much to see as well. Close to local grocery store. Nice porch with seating to star gaze in the evenings. Helpful and friendly management on-site.
