The manager was the best I have had. They had a water pipe burst. I was there 4 nights. Didn’t know they didn’t have a microwave and fridge in the room. The manager rolled them on a cart for me. Jasper itself is wonderful and we had a great time exploring it on foot. We would have liked some protein options for breakfast. We did have dinner at the tavern and it was excellent along with the service. Everyone we met at the tavern were very gracious and hospitable. We had a room in the side building and the door codes were provided with the reservation email. This did not work as staff did not update the door code but was quickly resolved.
