    Great parking.

    Great parking. Found the information to locate the stores the second day, but it was great shopping. We stopped on our way to another destination. Purchased some clothing and found great food in the mall too. Was easy to get around KOP just needed to get to our favorite stores!

    Staff friendly, and I did not not even need to leave the property to dine or have breakfast, even though the area has a huge mall and all kinds of dining options nearby. Water pressure in shower was great, too. Lots of parking, too.

    I was not visiting King of Prussia but rather family who live here. Valley Forge Park is worth the trip if you like history, hiking, and nature. The Mall is a shoppers paradise. Otherwise, my visits are strictly family oriented

    I really enjoyed visiting King of Prussia, especially the time that I spent at Valley Forge National Park. I wish I could have stayed long to take in more of the local attractions and activities including a visit to the Valley Forge Casino. I hope to run the Valley Forge Revolutionary Run again next year and will turn my trip into a mini-vacation.

    The front desk staff, including managers, were not at all friendly. We stayed for 9 days and not once did any staff at the front desk greet us or check to see if things were ok with our stay. Usually when you stay at a hotel so long the front desk is very friendly, some even call you by name. It was a disappointing stay at this hotel.

    Traveled in for a concert and unfortunately had a rainy weekend. Liked that this this location was just 5 minute drive to the mall so we had plenty to do and lots of restaurant options to chose from. Thought about staying downtown but chose this location for ease of parking and more space.

    Upon paying for my room again I had to go get a prepaid debit card because they wouldn’t except cash and the hotel manager took the numbers while registering it and stole my money and nobody did nothing about it. When I contacted corporate, they told the hotel manager, what I did, I had called and she, then upon took it upon her self to harass me for a while, get other people to intimidate me and kick us out.
