The staff were just so genuine and helpful nothing was too much trouble. They really appeared to want to assist in every possible, way the weary traveller. The room was very clean and tidy and nicely presented. It had been recently renovated.

The bed was wonderful! Also the lovely lady who checked us out and put breakfast out (on dec 23rd) was just so sweet she made my day! After a long flight it was a wonderful welcome to North Carolina!

Hi - we stayed for one night when our flight was cancelled. Staff were fantastic especially front desk who gave us a great restaurant recommendation, Ricardo and the other shuttle bus driver (who went out of there way to pick us up and get us to the airport safely). Sadly the pool was closed for maintenance. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and convenience. I have previously stayed in the Chicago hotel and this matched the excellent experience I had there.
