Staff so accommodating during severe winter weather. Craig was kind enough to pick us up at airport when shuttle not running and we couldn't get a taxi. Also there was an unruly guest in the evening hours that was immediately taken care of by security after our complaint.

Great bar restaurant and breakfast in the morning. Room was lovely so much space to relax. It was a stay to celebrate my daughter turning 21. She loved it.
