It has everything you need, it's clean for a rustic place in the middle of nowhere, and it's 25 min from the volcano. You don't find that for $45.

This place is a real tropical paradise. The place was clean and well stocked. We admired all plants and flowers on the property. It felt like a small botanical garden.

There was complimentary coffee, tea, milk (+almond milk), cold/hot water 24/7. You could also take out beach cruisers/bikes and stand-up paddle boards for free any day. The staff were extremely friendly and gave us personal recommendations on how best to visit the Volcano National Park. They also gave us extra time to check out. They also have daily activities like live music, yoga, and lei making, all provided free of charge. There was also a nice view at the lobby of a koi fish pond with hammocks by the side with a nice, regular, breeze.
