    Exceptional Stay – Will Definitely Return! I had a fantastic experience at Bridge Point Hotel & Marina. The room was spotless and well-kept, and the overall cleanliness throughout the property was impressive. For the price, it’s an unbeatable value—very affordable without sacrificing comfort or quality. The location is perfect: just a short walk to downtown New Bern and surrounded by great restaurants. Whether you're exploring the historic district or grabbing a bite nearby, everything is super convenient. The complimentary hot breakfast was a big plus—plenty of options and a great way to start the day. I’ll most definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value!

    New Bern is a friendly, beautiful historic town with...

    New Bern is a friendly, beautiful historic town with peaceful river views, quaint shops, and restaurants offering everything from ice cream to casual dining to upscale offerings. It is also in relatively close proximity to Beaufort, Fort Macon and Atlantic Beach. There is plenty to keep you busy, as well as a slow pace where you can just sit along the river and relax.

    Loved Breakfast at the Kitchen Bakery... food was great, staff super nice you could feel that they loved their Job Outback by the hotel... great food and within walking distance The Chelsea atmosphere was upscale and the food was unique very good. Also we hit the Dairy Queen. Yummmmy

    New Bern was a lovely little town to visit.

    New Bern was a lovely little town to visit. We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Doubletree. We had a lovely balcony that overlooked the river and the boat Harbor. Everyone we met in the town was so gracious and friendly. There are quite a few quaint little shops to visit. We were able to find lots of delicious food within blocks of our hotel room. it was lovely to park our car in the hotel parking lot and not have to get in it to go anywhere for two days. Everything was just in walking distance.

    There are lots of things to do.

    There are lots of things to do. Great places of history to visit like Tryon Palace. Great shopping and good restaurants. Morgan's, Lawsons on the Creek, Cypress Hall and Bakers Kitchen served delicious meals. Great parking on the street and public parking.

    New Bern was a great town.

    New Bern was a great town. Lots of history and you could walk to just about all attractions. Lots of restaurants and the people were friendly. We went in November so it wasn’t too crowded and it was easy to get around. Lots of free parking.

    Hanna House proved to be an ideal place for us to stopover on the trip down the east coast. The B&B was easy to find, parking was possible on the drive and it was a very short walk into town for an evening meal. The room was very comfortable and the choice of homemade breakfast options was amazing. Our picks were very tasty. We were able to leave our car at the B&B for a few hours so we could explore New Bern, before heading on our way.

    We absolutely loved our stay at The Harvey. As visitors from Australia on a seven week self drive tour of USA this was our favourite accommodations. It was luxurious and amazingly comfortable. We could have stayed here for a few more nights. We fell in love with New Bern and the hotels central location made it so easy to explore everywhere by foot. Great restaurants and lovely locals. The checkin was super easy and parking a bonus!

    The BridgePointe was a nice distance to the downtown area of New Bern and the facilities were what you’d expect for a hotel at this price point. However their staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to be helpful including ensuring my glasses I’d left behind made their way back to me. Thank you!
