I paid $353.75 and made a reservation on May 30th, but on June 21st, around 10PM, I went to the hotel to stay and asked for the reserved room, but Booking.com said the reservation was canceled and they did not give me the room, so I used Booking.com again, I made a reservation at Sandy Best Western again, went there around midnight, stayed for two days on the 21st and 22nd, and checked out on the 23rd. Why are they scamming me, a customer? I recorded all of these unfair facts on video and posted them on YouTube. I lived near Orem for 21 years, so I didn't need to see much. Loved Culver's Custard! Haven't eaten there in a while, because there isn't one where I live now. For those who haven't been to Orem, UT, beautiful views of the Wasatch Front mountains.
