The washing sink was plugged; the fridge was leaking water...
The washing sink was plugged; the fridge was leaking water on the carpet; and the handle on the shower was broken, so I could not take a shower.
At the checkout, I mentioned my problem; a staffer ran up to the room; and refuted my complaint...as if I had been lying to them.
Not good.

Sadly, Owego has nothing to offer the tourists or travelers.
Sadly, Owego has nothing to offer the tourists or travelers. A decent restaurant doesn't exist. You have to drive to the Binghamton area to dine.
It's difficult to feel safe at night. Unfortunately, my vehicle was vandalized while parked in the motel parking lot. No security.

I was planning a trip from NYC to Buffalo and the hotel was on our road
the facilities is good for my needs but the cleanliness wasn't as expected

The staff at the front desk were all excellent, the lobby and common area are nice and updated but that unfortunately didn’t extend to the rooms.
