    I really love Pearland. It's a quiet, friendly town.

    I really love Pearland. It's a quiet, friendly town. It is a great place for families. Tom Bass park is very close for outdoorsy folks. No real "nightlife" if that's what you're looking for. However, it's a hop, skip and a jump from downtown Houston.

    Very friendly staff. Great location.

    Very friendly staff. Great location. Nice pet area to walk dogs. Bathroom was clean. What I didn’t like is that the carpet was dirty. Also with the price of the room a free breakfast would have been nice. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

    Located near shopping areas but was quieter than Houston.

    Located near shopping areas but was quieter than Houston. Beautiful homes and many lush, inviting parks. Getting to and from shopping areas were easy. I only went approximately 1 1/2 miles and was able to get everything I needed or wanted. I enjoyed shopping at JCPENNEY, went to Walmart, enjoyed the crawfish boil and chicken wings at LA Crawfish. Also went to Olive Garden and was very impressed with the service and food.

    I was born and raised in Houston and thought that Pearland...

    I was born and raised in Houston and thought that Pearland was just a little town. We no longer live in the area but returned for a funeral. We were surprised by how developed it is. Very nice city with plenty of shopping, restaurants and things to do.

    The town was quiet and seem to be safe area. Pearland was conveniently by the event I was attending in Houston. The food I tried was amazing, a soul food restaurant by the name of Mikki's Soul Food. It was soooooo good. I will be getting it again.

    The General manger Beverly is terrible she has no customer...

    The General manger Beverly is terrible she has no customer service training very rude and if you pay cash get a receipt they don't put the deposit on your bill and when you go to check out Beverly will try to keep your deposit

    Everything was fine with the hotel stay. When I checked out the staff educated me on the fact that I would not be receiving my Diamond benefit of daily food and beverage credit or points for my stay since this was booked through booking . com which I was unaware... In spite of that, since I was unaware, they still credited my bill for my food and beverage purchases.

    The hotel and room were nicely updated. After leaving the hallway, the room is surprisingly quiet. The bed, pillows and sheets were comfortable. And the breakfast had a variety of items to choose from.
