Sundays and Mondays were not the best days to be in the area...
Sundays and Mondays were not the best days to be in the area, as many places are closed. It was my birthday but a lot of restaurants were closed until Tuesday. We drove around and made a list of things to do on our next trip...not on a Sunday or Monday...lol We went to Dutch Apple Dinner and saw The Buddy Holly Story. We really enjoyed our stay in Ronks.
We really enjoyed our stay in Ronks. It was convenient to all the other towns we wanted to visit. We took a bus ride through the countryside and the bus driver was very knowledgeable about the Amish and pointed out many things we would not have noticed on our own. We ate at Miller's Smorgasbord Restaurant and I highly recommend it. We also took a train ride in Strasburg and did some shopping at the outlets.Guest review byDonna - 10

If you are looking for an escape from the modern world and the mania that goes with it, yet want civilization civilization within driving distance.... Ronks PA is perfect for you. Ambience was very relaxing. Great location – off main street (Lincoln Highway) but near many shopping stores, plazas, and restaurants. Must also try Miller's Smorgasbord nearby. Don't forget to try Shady's Maples...the largest smorgasbord in Lancaster!Guest review bydoris - 6.0
Ronks is wonderful, just not at this Souderton Motel.
Ronks is wonderful, just not at this Souderton Motel. Hot water did not exist last night of our stay. Both of us had an ice cold shower. Towels were lacking on last night. One wet towel was left one night. Place is not that clean. Dusting and Vacuuming not enough. Very disappointed! Would never use this motel again.Guest review byHeim
