The room was superb, very clean and in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great too! The white noise machine (part of the clock) was a great bonus! Having stayed in Midtown during previous trips, staying in the Upper West Side was a welcome change. The location is excellent. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from Central Park and Subway stations. Loads of great bars and restaurants close by.

Everything about this stay was exceptional and very well thought. Our queen standard room was adequate for our needs, there is a small closet, and storage throughout the room, around the bed, bedside table and on the stand alone basin/make up station. The separate wc/ shower saved us so much time and the small fridge could fit a leftover dessert and couple snacks and drinks. Most importantly, the mattress and linen were of great quality, despite my jet lag, was able to sleep comfortably. Other things to note was the quiet environment, it might have been our case, although the hotel was packed for the nine days we stayed at. Thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary coffee/tea/water/ice that was provided by the lobby area. Last but not least, the area felt safe and very convenient for exploring most areas of Manhattan and even the Dumbo of Brooklyn. Thank you guys!

The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel.
