    To be the front desk clerk there was no pleasantries!

    To be the front desk clerk there was no pleasantries! She didn’t greet me looked like she didn’t want to assist. The rooms had really bad odors I switched to a different room it was the same my children and I had to purchase air fresheners the smell over power it. There was also a strong odor of Bm in the hall. Also when trying to have breakfast no waffle mix. The breakfast attendant had no pleasantries either and began breaking down while we were trying to get breakfast before breakfast was over very RUDE
