This Marriott property was wonderful! Our suite was functional, very clean and modern. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Really refreshing in the hospitality industry these days. We love Sebring. It is a quaint small town in Florida. Lots of little shops and has some great food. Highlands State Park is nearby and they often have activities. We absolutely loved the state park! Beautiful,! The restaurants we had dinner in were wonderful...Chicanes, Sonny's BBQ, Azul Tequila. The place was filthy. There were dead bugs in the bed. There were greasy hand-smears on the bathroom window. There were hairs on the countertop. And when we immediately returned our room keys and left, the person behind the desk said she understood why - "because the rooms are disgusting." This place has been left to deteriorate, and is clearly just a scam to get un-refundable cancellation fees.Guest review byBrad

Not every choice under the sun but changed a bit each day, good and tasty. Location between Sebring centre and Racetrack. Our room at back of hotel overlooking pool so extremely quiet, but as hotel is set back in grounds I think all rooms would be ok. Pool warm and very clean. Owners responded quickly when we made inquiries. Fairly private yard with a beautiful view of the lake, and had a nice dock to sit on.
