I made a last minute stay at the Preston due to an unexpected family situation. I have stayed at many Hotels and The Preston exceeded my expectations more than I can explain. From the moment I walked in it was greeted by amazing Staff and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing other than exceptional. I look forward to booking again very soon.

We loved our cottage ,so clean and nearby everything. Kitchen w Mr Coffee maker plus coffee for next morning was perfect. As was the super clean fridge and bathroom. Appreciated the quiet.

Love Location because it is a beautiful area with private beach and pool. We go paddleboarding and kayaking in the bay. It's 12 minutes from Southampton and Montauk only an hour away. Clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful staff too.

    Facility was clean but room was way too small and wasn't...

    Facility was clean but room was way too small and wasn't pictured correctly on booking.com! Customer service was poor. I tried many times to reach them before we got there to ask a few questions but no one answered phone and no one returned my calls! Amenities of a pool/spa (on booking.com) was false - there is no pool or spa. Also, the restaurant inhouse hours were not correct. We were told that the restaurant was closed on Tuesday and it wasn't. Price was too much for a large closet! Clovis Point Winery in Jamestown was lovely and very reasonable. Staff was delightful. If you like fresh lobster go to Buoy 1 in Riverhead. Lobster was very fresh and reasonably priced! Had breakfast at Main Rd. Biscuit and it was very good but pricey! No need to go there again, as once is enough.
