The St. Clair Inn is an historic hotel right on the St. Clair River that has been beautifully refurbished. We were totally pleased with our overnight stay there. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back there. If you're going out for breakfast, which we love to do, the prices are similar to other restaurants, only you get to watch the ships go by. We enjoyed the hotel very much so very helpful check in was great. They have a nice Continental breakfast every thing was very fresh and delicious. Beautiful views of the St Clair River! Beautifully restored older property with much old charm and nice new appointments. Rooms are a little small but have very nice beds and excellent bathrooms with marble and nice walk in shower. Breakfast was simple and adequate. Excellent access to the river and tourist attractions. Stayed in off-season (Early Oct) and got an excellent rate.
