If you have to be up early in the morning I wouldn't recommend this place they cannot keep their guests quiet or calm they had loud guests on the third floor it sounded like they were running up and down the hall they were jumping off the beds it was very loud until 2:00 a.m. we were told they were going to get it under control and make it stop however it did not happen we got maybe 3 hours of sleep very bad had to call the front desk on several occasions but nothing seemed to work nothing was done about the noise we even brought our own fan from home that didn't even break any of the noiseGuest review bybobUnited States - 2.0

We got a room with two queen beds for three people but had...
We got a room with two queen beds for three people but had towels for only two, but this was corrected with one request and quickly. Where we had and still have a problem is billing, we used booking.com to schedule and pay for our stay which worked very well. We had to extend our stay for one extra day and the lady at the counter charged us for the complete price of the stay of four days, instead of for just one extra day. We are going through the third week after we left and was assured it would be rectified with in forty-eight hours. I have made several calls talking to the manager getting new promises and still no refund. Our great experience has gone into the toilet. I have another trip to Tahlequah coming up in April and we will be looking for a different hotel instead of staying at this one again.
