    First time in Tempe.

    First time in Tempe. City was very hot but manageable because there is no humidity. Clean city, at least the parts I saw. College town with resort casinos nearby. Lots of opportunities for fun and adventure. All the restaurants seem to have lively business but there is some lack of variety of cuisine. Will likely be back.

    Very hot, but comfortable/I have liked Tempe from day one when visited for the first time 3yeras ago due to my daughter is a ASU student. I like fact everything is so close by and have learned where everything is located and I will say though, some people are very rude but that's everywhere

    Overall we felt the price for the property was a little high...

    Overall we felt the price for the property was a little high for the condition of the property and construction going on. However, the front desk staff, bellman, and restaurant staff made it a wonderful stay. They upgraded us due to us not understanding the beds were standards not a queen option without us asking. Overall it was the staff that absolutely made our stay great! The food was quite excellent!!!

    Easy to get to anywhere you'd like to be from PHX to...

    Easy to get to anywhere you'd like to be from PHX to Goldfield. Can Uber or Lyft anywhere within city limits. ANY type of food you'd like within a few minutes. I loved it! Hot, but to be expected for being in the desert. Bring sunscreen and water wherever you go.

    Located close to my family.

    Located close to my family. Poor quality finishes very sloppy workmanship. Motel was clean. Staff nice. Over priced for poor quality room. No microwave.No coffee station after breakfast. Overall, way too expensive

    Tempe is a great town to hang out in.

    Tempe is a great town to hang out in. It is a college town, so if you are older stay away on Saturday night. It is swarming with loud mouth drunken college idiots. And they truly are idiots. All of American academia is systematically and deliberately brainwashing and endoctrinating these spoiled punks to hate America and destroy America. Other than that it's a nice city. If you do visit, go to my favorite pub called the Varsity Tavern on E 5th Street and Mill Ave. Best burgers and tacos in the Phoenix valley.

    Breakfast was good. No forks available tho. Room was great. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great. I found the fee for one night for our pet was excessive. We paid $78 for the room and had to pay $75 for our golden retriever. Most hotels have pet fees much lower than that. We would have looked for something different because of that high pet fee but were so tired from our 12 hour drive that day we chose not to and to stay.

    A great size room which was clean and comfortable. The outside area was also really nice for sitting out and was well lit at night. The two guys at check in were really helpful and friendly. Was the best value hotel we could find around town and we were really pleased with it.
