    It is very good for shopping. If you are on a layover or passing through Tukwila is awesome because it has every store and restaurant possible. Great for kids, movie theaters , malls, food courts etc.

    We did not explore Tukwila as much as we took advantage of...

    We did not explore Tukwila as much as we took advantage of the proximity and access to Seattle to sight-see, ferry to Victoria and Bainbridge Island, and get back and forth to the airport and cruise transportation. Where we were was quiet with easy access to the Intraurban trail, public transit, the Southcenter shopping mall, and restaurants. Try Joey's restaurant if you visit Tukwila - great food and drinks and a robust Happy Hour menu!

    Near the Sea Tac airport but was still a longer than expected drive from airport to hotel; there is a convenience store within walking distance - nothing else close by. This Embassy Suites at Tukwila needs serious renovation and replacement of old scratched outdated furniture

    The area is mostly shopping, offices, and housing. We ate at both the Olive Garden which was pretty quiet, good food and clean. The next night we ate at The Cheesecake Factory. Noisy, expensive and crowded. Not a place to sit and visit. Both places had good food. L

    The only plus factor about this hotel is the room which was clean, good sized and comfortable No drinking water was provided, which is very unusual for any hotel of this category. When asked at reception, I was told to get it from the beverage machine or fill up at the water dispenser in the Gym. Two things strike me as a lack of trust by the hotel management towards guests. I have never seen plates being handed out at the breakfast room and having to show a coupon is also not often practiced. Why is breakfast starting so late at 7.00 a.m.? Is there is motive?

    We didn't get to see much, since the hotel refused us decent...

    We didn't get to see much, since the hotel refused us decent service because of my business partners ADA Medical Alert Service Dog. So we actually moved on and stayed in another city for the night. What we did see was kinda sketchy and dirty, just like the fairbridge hotel

    Breakfast was excellent. Great choices and attentive staff. The room was quiet, clean, and comfy. We needed the shuttle and that was a breeze. Picked us up at the car rental return and back to the hotel with no issues. Drivers were so friendly. Definitely would recommend this hotel to travelers coming to Seattle.

    The room allocated was quieter then other time we stayed in this hotel. They gave us an early check in when we turn up. Size and amenities are good. Luckily had a good Receptionists when we checked in. From experience not all were that good.
