I like the service all the staff were nice and helpful. OMG 😱 the breakfast was delicious and the area pool was warm,nice, and super clean and organized. We as a family had a wonderful time and my son was so happy! I felt like we were a Royal family and everyone treat us excellent!! MY FAVORITE HOTEL FROM NOW ON! The Room were super clean and cozy. The parking lot was secure too. I JUST LOVE ITTTTT!!

The breakfast was adequate with a waffle maker, hot biscuits and gravy, several varieties of breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, and a few other items. I didn't eat much but the breakfast sandwich I had was good. However I was with vegetarian friends and they would have liked an option without sausage. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and let us check in early and check out a little late.

    Gasoline prices are much higher in Union Gap and especially the Yakima vicinity. Much higher than throughout the rest of my travels in the Western States of the United States. Those who set the gasoline prices in the Yakima area are definitely greedy.

    I have to stay in Union Gap for a month for work. The area is kinda boring not much attactions to do. Yakima is not too far away and they have a minor league baseball team. That's pretty much it!

    We spent very little time in Union Gap.

    We spent very little time in Union Gap. Over the years of visiting Yakima, the overall social, economics, education and friendliness of the public is below average. We wound up eating at Minor Burgers. It was convenient and a great childhood memory. The once Giant Burgers are still very big but much smaller, thankfully. For two burgers, 1 fry, ~$4.50 for extra tomato and cheese, free water it was about $33. OMG! For someone who doesn’t eat fast food, it was really tasty. The restaurant was very clean and had just served 4 buses of teenager sport teams, and one new bus while we were there. Clearly they can serve a lot of people and are very friendly.

    Terrible facility swimming pool was ice cold you couldn't even get into it we got a cockroach in our room the smell of our room was so bad and they wouldn't let us change rooms or get our money back I'll never stay there again

    Our room smelled bad, breakfast was gross.

    Our room smelled bad, breakfast was gross. It is in a good location as far as stuff being closed by but I wouldn’t say safe. Lots of foot traffic. Excellent price with a pool. Room could use an up date pretty bad and would be nice if they left more than three towels.

    Customer service was good.

    Customer service was good. But needs upgrades on property had to get three keys to get into my room and then the water wasn't draining I started the shower and had to be put into a different room all in one day
