I genuinely enjoyed everything about the hotel. I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. Pool room was nice and clean, towels were stocked. Room was very clean! Breakfast was much better than we've had at other local hotels so that was a plus. The staff working was constantly restocking everything and keeping up with all the people very well!!

We had some other guests on our floor with many children running the hallway. They were quite noisy. We asked if we could change rooms to another floor and the staff were very accommodating and moved us immediately. We were very appreciative 🙂
