I made sure I booked a room here because of the quality, price, location, and convenience of nearby services that I had to conduct business with (storage rental, truck rental, etc.). Front receptionists were extremely helpful and accommodating. The grounds were well maintained and free of trash. The walk-in shower was the best feature of the place, but the shower wand hose was somewhat tricky to manage. The breakfast offerings were very limited. As nothing was particularly appetizing or appealing, I skipped their breakfast entirely. The bathroom had very little room to set common toiletries. However, the bathroom was large enough to accommodate a shelf or small cabinet for this purpose. The work table for my computer was somewhat small and the armless office chair was rather flimsy and of poor quality. The sitting chair's armrests were worn and should be reupholstered. Overall cleanliness was excellent. The fitness room had a recumbent stationary bike and a treadmill. This place was just OK.
