The only Grand thing about Wrightstown is the Joint Base...
The only Grand thing about Wrightstown is the Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst. Civilians may only get to see from fence gates are the military aircraft that flys around. The one true thing that's great about Wrightstown is a German Authentic Restaurant called Sabastian's Hause and maybe the Afghan restaurant. There's Taco-bell, McDonalds, and Wendys plus Dunkin Donuts. Now, for military folks, inside the Joint Base is typically what we see in all bases. Can't mention anything else...secret squirrel stuff. It was basic but very clean and didn’t smell like a lot of older places do. The towels were whiter than any at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The complimentary bottled water and chips were nice.The water pressure in the shower was great. Traveling alone as a female, I felt safe.
