Very clean and very quiet, relative to hotels around touristy places, of course. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the Ha Noi Airport and they offered paid private transportation to the airport. It was worth it. Close to local restaurants and cafes.

This was everything that we needed! We flew into Hanoi at 1:30AM. I had booked only 5 hours earlier. They were prompt at communication and offered a very inexpensive airport transfer. The room was very quiet and even had a plant on the table which I thought was a very nice touch!

Helpful and attentive staff. Very close to airport. Upgraded me to a suite at no charge. Free shuttle to airport was on time and quick. I stayed here after dropping off my parents at the airport since my flight was the next morning and I live a long way from the airport. It was exactly what I needed.

We came late, around midnight and asked the staff for some food, and they managed to cook for us even if it was at midnight. We also needed to catch an early morning flight and they arranged car for us to the terminal for free. Because of this, the hotel's services can be considered very good. the hotel itself is wonderful, the room was comfortable and excellent.

The property is close to the airport and it was extremely easy to get to and from the airport via the shuttle service offered by the hotel. The staff were easy to communicate with on WhatsApp, and gave us good recommendations for which restaurants nearby have good breakfast. Rooms are small but fairly comfortable. It’s not super luxurious, but very affordable and we had all the amenities we needed for a quick stay before our flight.

Everything was perfect. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful. They picked us up in Old Quarter and it was seamless. Huge comfortable room. Very nice bed. And easy drop off at airport early in the morning. Highly recommend!
