The staff were amazing the woman on the day shift went over and beyond- by far the best service I had in Vietnam. The roof top pool is also gorgeous and a great way to cool down after the day. They also let us shower after we’d checked out and check in early as our bus was early

New Hotel. The room was perfect on the 10th floor. Extended my stay for 2 days. Breakfast is very enjoyable. The staff at the reception is very competent and always helping you and offering their service. Booked the Bay Tour with them and the tour was outstanding (boat, guide, program). Also booked my bus to Ninh Binh with them. Highly recommended. Just keep in mind they sell tours and it is not a Tourist Information. By far best hotel during my four weeks travel in northern Vietnam 🇻🇳
