We were blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the hotel staff, in particular Ms. Suong at the front desk and everyone else that we had a chance to cross paths. The hotel itself is truly wonderful, exceptionally clean and the bed is extra comfortable especially after our long trek in Phong Nha. The breakfast bar had both Vietnamese and western options, and everything we tried was delicious. Sadly we only had one night here but will definitely come back! Cám ơn rất nhiều!

My room was huge and clean. It was located on a high floor (there's an elevator) as I requested and had several large windows. Before my arrival, I had asked for their help with booking me a tour of the caves and it turned out great! You can order a tasty breakfast from the menu in advance or just go downstairs in the morning and they will prepare it for you. There was a place for me to refill my water bottle, and also a couple of small bottles are placed in the room each day of your stay. Recommended!

The room was clean, bedsheets and linens were also clean, staff was nice and my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It was nice to be able to take a shower after the tour and before night transportation, although there was some confusion with the shower at first, but then it got resolved.

The owner was really kind and helped us with recommendations and any questions we had. We really enjoyed our short stay at Dong hoi and we hope to come back soon! We highly recommend Tree hugger cafe for breakfast, Pizza cats for pizza, Nhà hàng Đoá Tịnh for local seafood and Coconut icecream for something sweet! Thank you for everything from all three of us! I had randomly booked this hotel to be close to the train station, but it was a good find. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. They even have good views. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, even some vegetarian options. Their breakfast starts from 6:30, can easily eat before any tour. It was very convenient to come from the early morning train, leave for phong nha tour and to take the early morning train as well. I know someone who left their luggage and paid for breakfast and came on the tour with us (if you don’t want to book the previous night)

I really like the architecture of this building. The staffs are very friendly, helpful. They helped us so much, especially the little girl who wears glasses. You can rent a motorbike here or borrow a bicycle for free.
