Beautiful decor and furniture pieces, lovely looking pool and great views from the rooftop with plenty choices for breakfast. Staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Really felt homely and location is great for Hoi An.

I have been to many hotels all over Vietnam and this is by far my favorite. From the time we landed at Danang international airport, we were met with our very friendly driver. Once we arrived at the hotel we were assisted by Jessie (Jessica). She was extremely helpful, friendly and just overall made our stay phenomenal. It was a very nice surprise to receive a free local beer and snack, as it was not expected. Unfortunately, we only had one night at the hotel, but my entire family wished we stayed longer. The staff were phenomenal, everyone from the ladies At reception to the guys helping with our luggage, the rooms were immaculate, I honestly could not find a single fault with the rooms, and the breakfast selection was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hoi An. We stayed in the premier king room with a balcony for reference.

I stayed at Babylon on Marcg, and we couldn't recommend it enough. The rooms were lovely and the staff were absolutely out of this world! Any questions I had were always responded to with absolute enthusiasm and the staff really go out of their way to help you. Riding the bikes they provide through the rice fields was an absolute highlight. They even helped us book tours through a local company which was great. I couldn't recommend Babylon enough :)

The most beautiful hotel I stayed at while in Vietnam. Dreamy decor, clean and spacious rooms, infinite fresh options at breakfast and exceptional services. The staff was so eager to help and actually did help a lot on more than two occasions. Just brilliant.

I had a pleasant night at Lion King Hotel. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, providing us with detailed recommendations on where to go in Hoi An and even advising us on how to stay safe from pickpockets. Flower and Robert were exceptional hosts who made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of. They took the time to recommend places to visit and shared valuable local tips. A lovely touch was the complimentary Banh Mi upon arrival or departure, along with some local biscuits before we left for Da Nang—such a thoughtful and much-appreciated surprise! The hotel's location was perfect, and the beds were the comfiest we’ve had in Vietnam. Their pillows were also way better than the ones at Da Nang Grand Mercure, making for an even more restful sleep. A special mention also goes to the kind older gentleman who helped with our bags and always greeted us with a warm smile. Honestly, I regret only staying for one night—I felt like I made the wrong choice by not booking a longer stay. Thank you so much again!

The staff has been extremely helpful in all the occasions, very well trained and prepared on the introduction of the city!!! The rooms are clean and they smell really good. The position is good as it’s located just 5 min away from the ancient town. Free coffee/tea station 24/7 at the hotel lobby and we got a small cute handmade gift at the checkout.

The property is really nice, rooms are modern and clean, beds are heaven--all comes at the very high end of what we experienced during our 4-week trip in Vietnam. But what makes Merrily stands out is the quality of service! We had not even checked in that the staff helped us find a buyer for our motorcycles (and succeeded)--we had shared our will to sell these asap. Then they were really flexible with our checkout. They are truly nice, they listen and care more than expected. Would definitely recommend and come back.
