We had a perfect stay at this family hotel! We arrived in the night, and they stayed up to welcome us. The room was really spacious, the beds very comfortable, and it was the cleanest accommodation we stayed in during our trip in Vietnam. They also offer an airport shuttle, which is very easy - within 10 minutes, you arrive at Noi Bai.

Good location near the airport. Absolutely crisp new hotel summer of 2025. Very good pricing for the standard wich is superb. Big tv, nice shower, comfy beds and the best pool in the area! Super friendly english speaking staff, good food, very high standard on everything. So all together makes this a highly recomendable hotel. They offered us a free shuttle to the airport in a pristine new car as well.

My daughter had a terrible experience in Hanoi airport and as a result needed a hotel at 2a.m. I booked the hotel from Ireland and immediately received a message asking if there was anything we needed. I explained that my daughter was very distressed and would they ensure that she was checked in safely. They offered to collect her from the airport. On arrival my daughter said they the staff were just fabulous and very kind. They gave her some cold drinks going to her room and delivered fresh fruit the following day. Going above and beyond. I was so grateful as a parent so many miles away that my daughter was in good hands. I would hope to travel to Hanoi some time and look forward to staying in this hotel. Also incredible value for money. Thank you to all the incredible staff

all good for a one night stay, in case you need to catch a early flight next day. Price - performance ratio absolutely good. AC is fine, bathroom is fine, my room was quiet, hotel staff is kind, airport transfer woorks good... just next door is a simple but good restaurant which even might belong to the hotel with fair prices too and good food. I would stay here again with the same purpose....
