Stayed at the hotel on two different occasions and both times were fantastic! The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality and kindness and organized everything for us. Even a surprise birthday cake for my child and a beautiful take-away breakfast when checking out early - absolutely wonderful! The hotel is brand new and spotless in a perfect location - and you could not ask for a friendlier staff. Thank you!!

Excellent location and exceptional helpful staff from front desk to cleaner, kitchen. Hotel is located in the central but quiet street, so great to sleep. Staff at all departments were pleasant and very courteous, professional and attentive, highly recommend to arrange trips (Halong Bay, Sapa, Hagiang loop, Ninh Binh, etc) with Mr Max, very good tour operator!
