Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at the Westlake Pearl. I know Hanoi well - I used to live there - and this neighourhood is one of my favourites, quiet but still with plenty of options in terms of food, bars, etc. The staff were exceptional - all very helpful, engaging, and funny, and really remembered who I was. Tom really went out of his way and even gave me a free upgrade to a lake-view apartment (well worth it if you're considering!) for my last night. Huge thanks! I travel a lot and it's rare to find an apartment that has all the things I need - a washing machine/ dryer, a good laptop space, basic cooking facilities/ kettle and fridge, and a comfy bed. This place had everything, and I'll definitely be coming back on my future trips to Hanoi.
