Stayed here for one night for a very early flight the next morning. The owner was incredibly friendly and nice, and helped with organising a taxi to arrive in the early hours (the hotel booked via Grab and the receptionist paid the driver in cash, the price was not any different than if I'd booked the Grab myself). The location is next to the main highway into Hanoi, but the insulation on the windows/doors is pretty good (though earplugs would be better). There are a few places to eat nearby and some supermarkets within a short walking distance, but don't expect too much more. The rooms are totally brand new and everything is renovated nicely. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed at the time due to Tet, so I can't comment on that.

Very clean and very quiet, relative to hotels around touristy places, of course. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the Ha Noi Airport and they offered paid private transportation to the airport. It was worth it. Close to local restaurants and cafes.
