This is my third stay at this hotel and the staff are really friendly and helpful. On arrival I asked to rent a motorbike and it was ready waiting when I arrived. When I left, I forgot to give the motorbike keys back to the hotel and they kindly sent a member of staff to the airport to collect the keys.
