Excellent property!!! definitely worth the price. this was a luxury stay for us in Sapa and it was TOTALLY WORTH IT. we even splurged for the mountain view room and so glad we did! the view was spectacular! we had pretty clear days when we were there and it was even pretty cool to watch the fog come in. room is excellent. the bed was SO comfy, I didn’t want to leave! room is exactly as picture. housekeeping excellent as well as the reception staff. motorbike rental available. excellent location, walking distance to the main strip with restaurants. ac, fridge, hot water all worked great. amazing shower and bathroom in great condition. we extended our stay by one night!

The hotel welcome you with nice local cinnamon and ho ey tea. Since our train arrived early, they allowed us to freshen up and shower at the pool common area with clean towels provided. Breakfast spread was exceptional! Though initially stated on booking.com that they provide halal food - however there was none available. However the vegetable options are food and the chef made us pho vegetable out of his curteosy ☺️ Lastly they gave us a goodbye pack with pastry and fruits for our train journey back to Hanoi. Generally was a pleasant stay! Will definitely come back again

Trekking Sapa's guide Ly accompanied us on a 3 day trek through the mountain villages and at two lhomestays with local families. An amazing, authentic experience that has given us so many great memories. Highly recommend! Food and accomodation in Sapa before and after were great, town is very easy to walk around with cool lights around the lake and the many restaurants.

Everything great. We were able to see some areas. Just only the weather . It is still the wet season time I think we just came on the wrong season. Overall, Sapa is beautiful and will come back again.

We allowed 4 days to explore Sapa, but sadly arrived at the start of a typhoon. Flooding rain and heavy cloud persisted during our stay and we didn’t get to explore the area at all. The weather began to clear as we were leaving and we got glimpses of the stunning region. We have learnt that the weather is very ‘hit or miss’ in Sapa, despite recommendations that Autumn as a good time to visit. If possible, it might be better to hover in Hanoi and visit Sapa when the forecast is promising as it’s a long way to travel to not experience all it has to offer. While flexible travel plans are a luxury, it seems the way to go in Sapa. The same goes for visiting Mt Fansipan on the gondola. Many prepaid, online tickets lock you in to the date you choose in advance. There truly in no way of telling what visibility will be like until the actual day. We are grateful that we hadn’t pre-booked tickets to this attraction as the weather conditions were atrocious during our stay in Sapa. We will definitely return to Sapa one day as it is worth the journey there.

We were truly impressed by the breakfast at the hotel every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Enjoying a delicious meal while watching the majestic Fansipan mountain range and clouds drifting gently over the valley was an unforgettable experience. The hotel can get quite busy in the morning, so it’s best to arrive a bit early to get one of the best seats where you can sip your coffee and soak in the breathtaking mountain view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always greeting us with warm smiles and genuine care. A perfect way to start a new day in Sapa Hoteldesapa

Getting around sapa is easy with grab.

Getting around sapa is easy with grab. There are a lot of must try eats in sapa like black chicken, sturgeon and salmon. There are also fun attractions like alpine coaster, moana sapa and glass bottom bridge.

This hotel was the highlight of my Vietnam trip. It is extremely beautiful and cool, super clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing. Pool is unreal. Spa is really good (I did have a massage). Honestly I loved being on the 7th floor which is the same as pool and spa. Everything was just perfect. Location is unbeatable, it's literally the building of the fansipan funicular. It was a great break after chaotic Hanoi and a terrible ride to Sapa. Loved it!

I like the Eden Hotel very much, especially stuff. All people who works there were so friendly, polite and helpful! I appreciate every day in this place, it was really comfortable and to be honest it was really best hotel during our travel in North Vietnam. Hope to return to Sapa and stay in Eden Central again :)))

Nice hotel in central location. 5 mins walk from bus station. Plenty of choice for eating near by. Lady at hotel very helpful and friendly . Advised us about Laos border problems, you can't cross unless you already have a visa ! Don't believe the Internet ! Most borders seem to be problematic for Laos from Vietnam.

The hotel rooms are modern and clean. the staff were very friendly. The area is very remote perfect to see how life is really like in northern vietnam, close to Bamboo trail, several local restaurant in the town and only a 250k taxi to Sa Pa town when needed.
