The hotel is wonderful and such an unexpected suprise as I did not originally plan to stay. The rooms are large and very comfortable and the spa centre is top level. The attached restaurant is incredible and very affordable. Kosovo is a beautiful and very friendly country and this is reflected by this hotel. I enjoyed my (unplanned) stop so much, I extended my stay for an extra night because the weather was bad, and my plans to move on to the Albanian Alps changed. All staff are friendly but I must mention the receptionist (sorry I did.not get his name), who is an absolute credit to the hotel. I felt so welcome. I would definitely return.

I like the layout of the room, especially with a seating area by the window. The bathroom is spacious with lots of natural light in the morning. Good breakfast in the adjoining restaurant. The public area is nicely decorated.
