We had a great time at the property. The hosts are very nice, gave us a warm welcome and lots of information. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen. The hob is electric, but there is also the option of gas as an alternative for load shedding. Everything was there that we needed. We were missing a small thing for the kitchen, and Martie brought it to us immediately. Very grateful. TV with Netflix. The WIFI was fine. Sometimes not stable and strong - you have to take it into account if you want to work online. It is very calm ares. Parking for one car is available (protected). Consider: there are no shops in the area. We felt very comfortable. Thanks very much!

Lovely spacious old-style cottage. Comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen area, very nice bathroom. Access to private backyard area. Safe off-street parking and a lovely mountain view from the front yard. The host was brilliant! Friendly, approachable and helpful. She made us feel right at home from the offset and shared her local knowledge which helped us a lot during our stay. We will definitely stay at Krom Cottage again next time we're in Montague.

The accommodation is a hidden diamond and gets a 10/10. The small house is very modern and is in a quiet location. The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom, which we really liked. The highlight is the outdoor area with a small pool and invites you to watch the starry sky in the evening. Dominique is an extremely obliging hostess who even reserved a restaurant for us in the evening. Unfortunately, we were just passing through and were only there for one night. We were therefore unable to try out the adjoining café, which is also supposed to be a highlight. We would definitely come back again.

The location is very good in the center of Montagu. The hotel is a boutique hotel with nice design, a nice garden and pool. The check-in process was very good, the room spacious. All the employees were very friendly. Breakfast is served personally. We got good information on hiking options and a heritage tour in the hotel.

    A quiet town between Robertson and Montagu, surrounded by...

    A quiet town between Robertson and Montagu, surrounded by vinyards and orchards. Shopping and dining within 10 to 20 minutes of scenic driving. Montagu had a lovely, intimate market, selling home made jams, preserves, cakes, clothing and some brick a brac. Robertson had live music and delicious meals at Bourbon Street restaurant, on the main road. Beautiful historic buildings and wine farms close by. Don't forget to by wine!

    Lots to do, lots of places around Ashton to visit.

    Lots to do, lots of places around Ashton to visit. We enjoyed the Market which had a wine boutique, restaurant. Nursery and shop all in one building. Montagu was quite near and all the Estates in Robertson. Four Cousins restaurant is a definite to vidit
