Beautifully maintained facilities, staff went out of their way to be accommodating, very comfortable spacious room. Aircon, fan, generator during load shedding, Netflix - all bonuses. Easy walk down to Premier resort for diving or meals. Delicious generous breakfast included.

A little piece of paradise! This was the perfect escape from reality—simple, comfy accommodation with the most breathtaking view of the ocean. We loved absolutely everything about Ascot Manor! The entire house was just for us, which made the experience even more special. There are four spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom—either with a shower or a bathtub. The house itself is amazing: a huge sitting room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a fantastic bar area perfect for socializing. There is also a grill area that made for a cozy evening. There’s a swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, giving the whole place a tropical, peaceful vibe—like a little paradise! The housekeeper stays in the cottage next door and is extremely kind, helpful and ever happy person. Highly recommended for bigger family or groups looking for comfort, space, and a touch of luxury.

Having a helper on site was amazing she was kind and very helpful for what ever we needed we were a group of 9 and no one felt cramped. There was enough space for everything we wanted to do and the place was nice and clean

Not much to do in Freeland Park. Not any good restaurants.

Not much to do in Freeland Park. Not any good restaurants. Beach is close by but one still needs a car to get there. Whilst the Mall has a nice Woolworths, Pick ‘n Pay etc. the mall itself isn’t that great.
