From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing, we felt like celebrities! They were so friendly and helpful, arranged a birthday surprise. The grounds are stunning, so the trail for a beautiful view. We stayed in the Manor House and the room was huge. View of the mountain from the bath! We also had a drift away package and that was 10/10. Best place I’ve ever stayed.

The hosts were not only very kind and friendly, they were also extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when our circumstances complicated planning check-in.     It’s well designed, spacious and the rooms have everything you’d expect from a high star hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The breakfast in the morning was awesome! Staff are extremely friendly, WiFi worked without hassles. You can hear loud knocks from other guests but other than that, I didn’t notice anyone else being at the property.

    customer service is 5 star Last min booking on the day after playing a round of golf. great room the small details have been thought of in every aspect of the hotel and check in process would highly recommend and will be sure to return the next time we are in the area

    The facilities were really beautifully maintained and the breakfast was a treat. The position of the guest house was convenient for our purposes and the area was quiet and peaceful. We will be sure to use this guest house again when we need to be in the Tokai area.
