This place is truly wonderful. In the middle of bothered, in a beautiful reserve with a body of water nearby that makes for great pictures. The accommodation is super spacious, well furnished and kitted out, and super comfortable. The floors and bathrooms have been recently renovated and look really nice. The indoor braai and the wood-fired got tub make it even more amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Lina is really fun, super knowledgeable and helpful (she helped us with the hot tub). The game drive was really enjoyable. Lina drove like a pro and has an incredible ability to spot animals from afar.

Amazing! the scenery is breathtaking, attentive staff, the rooms very clean with a beautiful view. Food was good and abundant, with jalal option.

The property is not far from the town and Aquila reserve but nicely isolated. The rooms are spacious and lovely. Facilities are very nice, there are 2 pools, a gym with sauna and a big dining hall and a bar, all beautifully decorated with taxidermy. Staff is super nice and accommodating and the dinner was great!

Rangers Reserve is a recently renovated vacation home in Touwsrivier where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities.

This was truly exceptional! The owners gave us precise information on how to get there. They gave us a ride from the parking spot to the cottages. If you want to be really remote, this calm, secluded place is just perfect. The view and the two cottages we saw were beautiful. No reception, but we had WiFi there. We recommend bringing some firewood and maybe some candles.

The facility had so much to offer. We loved meeting other travelers and watched a Rugby game on an outside TV. Behind us was a wonderful seating area and a wood burning oven because the outside temperatures were in the low 50th (11C). The breakfast / dining area was wonderful and the food as excellent! There also us an outside black nature pool with was an experience, great! We also loved our accommodation which had heating blankets already in our beds, a split heating / AC unit that was working well plus a wood burning oven which we didn’t use. The lodge was decorated tastefully and very inviting. The office had excellent and very helpful staff (thank you Lionel you were fantastic and we loved speaking to you and learning about your wonderful country.) Overall, this spontaneous getaway was exceptional and we didn't want to leave. We will be back.
