My wife and I visited early June 2025 and our stay at Vista was amazing. One of the very best hosts my wife and I have stayed with. Very kind and helpful. Breakfast is amazing and has a variety of food items. The air conditioner in our room was super powerful (something that warm-bodied humans, such as myself, appreciate a lot). Overall, it is an amazing hotel with a historic flavor run by incredible nice and gentle people. I would strongly recommend Vista to fellow travellers visiting Berat!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the GrandView Hotel in Berat, Albania, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Petro, the reception manager, whose hospitality made me feel right at home. His attention to detail and willingness to help with any request were truly commendable. Petro is a real gem to this hotel. Undoubtedly, he added a very big + over the 10 mark that the hotel well deserves! The hotel itself offers breathtaking views of the old town, providing a stunning backdrop that enhances your stay. Waking up to the picturesque sights of Berat is a scene taken out from a romantic movie. It was one of the highlights of my trip! The rooms are elegantly designed, super clean, and very well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. When all this elegance is wrapped in a century old authentic and beautiful building, there's no place for doubt - this is the place you must stay in during your visit to Berat. Gregory, the owner, has clearly poured his heart into creating a wonderful atmosphere at the hotel. His passion for hospitality shines through in every aspect, from the beautifully decorated common areas to the delicious breakfast offerings. Overall, my experience at the GrandView Hotel was nothing short of amazing. My stay at Hotel Ervini exceeded all expectations. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my visit. The host was very welcoming and helpful. He recommended us many places to visit in Tirana and left us to stay longer in the apartment because there were no guest coming the next day. The parking was next to the apartment and the car was safe.

Everything was perfect, the rooms are well designed, both functionally and estetically. Best possible location, helpful staff, great matress and sleep, quiet aircon, convinient (nearby free undergriund) parking, invluded water and snack appreciated. The best stay we had during our 2 week long family roadtrip.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful - brick, steel and wood - modern and rustic vibe. However, what made our stay exceptional was the care and attention given to us by Stina, our main contact at the hotel. She speaks perfect English and communicated with us before our stay via email, greeted us in person, and took care of our every request throughout our stay.
