This is a wonderful boutique hotel. Very comfortable and soulful. Artush, the owner and all his staff went out of their way to provide excellent service and delicious food. Fully recommended.

A unique place set high on a cliff in the Vayots Dzor region. The views from the terrace are spectacular on the Smbataberd Fortress and a short walk to the Tsakhats Kar Monastry largely preserved with large khachkars. Sapsan lodge is a pearl to stay.

The property was in a beautiful location in the city of Sevan. The property was easy to locate, the name was on the side of the building. When we arrived (which was earlier than the check in time) we were welcomed by the staff and immediately got upgraded to a different room with no extra cost. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the facilities were excellent. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. We swapped numbers with one of the hotel managers who gave us restaurant recommendations and he was in call for whatever we needed. The staff themselves were incredibly attentive, kind, and would go above and beyond for their guests! We needed to print tickets off for our bus journey and they were happy to help. When we told them how we were getting to the bus station they offered us a free drive to our location. We also got offered tea and cake just before our check out. I cannot fault this hotel and would recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Sevan. I will be sure to book here again!

Magnificent apartments in the center of Gyumri. Close to the center, clean, big comfortable room, great shower. Very clean. Great homemade breakfast. The owner is very hospitable, did everything for us. We felt at home. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful host. Goes above and beyond. We needed air for our car tire and he helped us out. The bed was so comfortable that we are investigating getting one at home. Breakfast was very tasty and more than enough to fill you up. The property is beautiful and quiet.

It was super clean. When I'm talking about a clean place it's like room no.3 in major's house. When you reserve the room you recieve a great customer support at the moment till the end of journey.

Great location, right in the city center. The breakfasts were excellent – the gentleman serving them was very kind and did a fantastic job. The breakfast restaurant was clean, beautiful, and truly pleasant. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and very comfortable – everything was just perfect. Perfect guesthouse in the heart of Goris. Staff exceeded expectations. They helped us organise a local taxi to bring us on a day trip to Tatev and the surroundings. It was a brilliant tour and I’d fully recommend asking to go on it when you arrive. The lady who worked reception had excellent English. We got breakfast and it was exceptional. Would recommend as a place to stay for future travellers.

Amazing view from the terrace, very welcoming host. Martin gave us a private wine tasting with delicious self-made wine. :) The room was very clean and comfortable.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. For a couple it was very spacious and cozy. Beautiful rooms with a walk in closet in the bedroom. We didnt expect this but even our breakfast dishes got washed by the roomservice! Staff were very friendly and helpful and were happy to answer our questions. Made everything very clear and stress free. The location was perfect for us. Just a bit out of the busy center but still close enough. Across the appartment complex there is a big shopping center where you can buy all your groceries, clothes, make up,... I would come here again for sure!
