The staff truly understand the meaning of hospitality. From the seamless check-in process to the attentive service throughout, every interaction was marked by genuine kindness and professionalism. It was clear that their priority was ensuring every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Plus, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking— a majestic mountain landscape blanketed in snow. It was a picturesque scene that added an extra layer of tranquility and beauty to my stay.

We liked this boutique hotel a lot, Natali which is the host of the hotel is so nice and kind, as we have a kid and she was tired, she tried to receipt us as soon as possible. The room, beds and etc were so clean and the breakfast was perfect which was baked by her. We enjoyed a lot and will come back again. Strongly recommend here.

I stayed here alone and was blown away by the hospitality — they opened the place just for me during the weekend and even prepared breakfast in the morning. The hotel sits right in the middle of a vineyard, surrounded by mountains, which makes it super peaceful. The building is new and quiet, with a big shared kitchen and a great terrace to hang out on. They also have really good (IMHO) local wine you can buy. Overall, a calm and cozy stay with great vibes and even better wine

I would like to thank the owner and the staff for our amazing experience! This hotel is extremely cozy, beautiful, clean, warm and in the best part of Tbilisi. No noise from outside, yet enough of cute cafes and restaurants around and super close to everything. The hotel has ethnic vibes despite the name. The room was absolutely beautiful: balcony and the view made it even more special. Our breakfast in the hotel was great, many different small plates with fruits, veggies, cheeses, meats, pies, pancakes and they make eggs the way you like it. The lady who helps with breakfast was so kind and sweet. I would like to thank the hotel owner for keeping this hotel at such top level and for his welcoming attitude and generosity! When we come to Tbilisi, surely Hotel British House will be our pick!

The room is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need, even to the extent of a bottle of wine and tooth care products. The breakfast is comprehensive and tasty. Our host, Keti, was amazing. She was beyond helpful with everything we asked, including making enquiries on our behalf and walking with me to show the location of some nearby things.

I would love to share my wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the very beginning, everything exceeded our expectations. Before we even arrived, the owner contacted us and kindly offered a transfer from the airport. That thoughtful gesture made our arrival so much easier — we didn’t have to stress about finding a random taxi after a long journey. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, who also surprised us with a bottle of wine. It was such a kind and personal touch that instantly made us feel at home. The hotel itself is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, which was perfect for relaxing. Despite the calm surroundings, it’s only a 5–7 minute walk to the Old City — a perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. The room was extremely comfortable, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Housekeeping was excellent, and the entire place was spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh and tasty options that we really enjoyed. What truly made this stay unforgettable were the owners. They are incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely hospitable people. They constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and gave us great recommendations on what to see and do in the area. One of the most memorable parts of our trip was a special excursion arranged by the owner. He even invited us to his home and showed us how they make their own wine — a unique and beautiful experience that we will always remember. To sum it all up, our stay was absolutely fantastic and truly unforgettable for me and my parents. Everything — from the warm welcome to the peaceful location, the delicious food, and the personal attention — was beyond expectations. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
