The house is excellent with all the things you will need. Washing machine, full kitchen with 2 flames, refrigerator, an electric kettle and all the essentials including coffee, tea and suger. There are 2 bedrooms with a door between the kids room (2 twin beds) and the main bedroom. A small balcony upstairs and a larger one in the main entrance with 2 sitting hammocks and a small table. The living room is very large and nice. And the view is great There is also a beautiful road to walk and enjoy nature and the place is quiet and very private with a large garden with grass all around the house. The owner was extremely nice and helpful with everything, including informing us on a power outage and expected time for it to end and brought us matches to use.

Hotel is brand new, stuff is very friendly, breakfast was amazing, we had nice views or vineyards. all great

Very nice beds, shower, view, and most importantly the hosts were extremely friendly and I never felt so welcome at a hotel before. God bless the people who host this as the man even offered his own wine and I drank the whole bottle in one night and felt great the next day! Not only that, but the breakfast was amazing and they couldn’t have done a better job!

It was clear that their priority was ensuring every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Plus, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking— a majestic mountain landscape blanketed in snow. It was a picturesque scene that added an extra layer of tranquility and beauty to my stay.

We had an amazing stay at this charming boutique hotel in Tbilisi! Small but absolutely beautiful with a personal touch, with incredibly comfortable beds and spotless rooms. The homemade breakfast was delightful, fresh, and hearty, with everything freshly baked. Natia, the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the rest of the staff were equally friendly and helpful. The location is perfect— right by Rustaveli Metro, yet tucked away on a quiet side street. Definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Georgia!

Lovely boutique hotel which has great location, just steps away from major attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The owner (Keti) and her mother are one of the most compassionate and caring human beings. They made us feel like we were home, always on time with the food (they made a lot of exceptions so we could fit the food in our schedule), offered great advice and also gave us a lot of treats! The location is very good localised, since the metro station is close and the bus station is even closer. With lots of 24/7 markets around, this is the best (in my opinion) place you can book. Thank you! It was a wonderful experience and will book again in the future.

I stayed here alone and was blown away by the hospitality — they opened the place just for me during the weekend and even prepared breakfast in the morning. The hotel sits right in the middle of a vineyard, surrounded by mountains, which makes it super peaceful. The building is new and quiet, with a big shared kitchen and a great terrace to hang out on. They also have really good (IMHO) local wine you can buy. Overall, a calm and cozy stay with great vibes and even better wine
