We loved the hospitality! There was a friendly face at our every step! The food was delicious! We enjoyed the view of the mountain. This is a place to relax with good food and good music!

We were fortunate to have had an upgrade to their sister hotel, Casaly, which was just down the street. This hotel was exceptional! The rooms were wonderful, with all the facilities one needs! Great location, within walking distance to the town centre, with lots of restaurants around! Breakfast was amazing! The staff of this establishment were absolutely outstanding, with service, recommendations etc. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm hospitality, breathtaking views, and thoughtful details that make this place truly exceptional. The property itself is stunning—elegantly designed with a perfect blend of Cycladic charm and modern luxury. Every corner feels curated with care, from the stylish interiors to the immaculately kept outdoor spaces. The views over the Aegean Sea are absolutely mesmerizing, especially at sunrise and sunset—it felt like a dream. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every comfort I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens soft and fresh, and the amenities top-notch. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how quiet the surroundings were—it’s the perfect place to unwind and truly relax. The service was equally outstanding. The team at Emerald Tinos went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. They were attentive, kind, and full of wonderful local recommendations that made my trip even more memorable. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or a luxurious base to explore Tinos, Emerald Tinos is everything you could hope for—and more. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my return. 10/10 – Highly recommend!

Location was amazing, it is on a private beach with a heated pool and total views of the sea, The town is small and quaint with very good restaurants and a few small stores to shop for needed items. I would like to mention our host, who went out of her wat to make our stay relaxing. We arrived very late due to a delayed flight, our host stayed late to receive us and found a restaurant in town that was willing to stay open late... Exceptional service, we will definitely return.

The staff was very welcoming and very professional especially our host Luke... I would totally recommend this place... It is very spacious and has everything you need.. And its around 10 min walk from the bus stop to Fira

Klostrá is absolutely amazing! We loved our time there and wish it was longer! The staff is incredible and always willing to help. We stayed in the junior suite with the hot tub and the view is beautiful! Everyone should definitely stay here! It’s a little bit of a walk to Oia but it’s away from all the tourist crowds so it’s perfect for a peaceful trip.

The hotel is brand new, a family project that is stunning. The great decoration gave us Tulum vibes. The breakfast is served in the room & is super tasty. The owners of the hotel is a really nice & welcoming couple. The accommodation is cosy & comfortable. There are only 5 rooms so it makes the hotel feel special & like at home.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Beautiful rooms, and overall interior. Beautiful view. Central location in a quaint village.
