Very comfortable and great location to see everything in Almaty on foot. Staff was great and super clean facility. Amazing breakfast. One of the best hotels we have stayed traveling we'll over 50 counties. It's better than many 5 star branded hotels.

It is a very comfortable modern hotel with a nice and large room. The reception was very kind and they organized both a taxi transfer for us in the morning (very early) and a packed breakfast because of the early morning flight. Good location to take a walk on your own and see some places and shops

The St. Regis Astana is located on the banks of the Ishim River in the heart of Central Park in Kazakhstan's capital. Bayterek Tower, Independence Square and Astana Opera are a 15-minute drive away. Special thanks to the St Regis’ Team as they made our 4-night stay unforgettable. Reception was warm and welcoming with early check-in. Butler service team accommodated every request on timely manner. Restaurant and bar service was wonderful, personable and prompt as well. We enjoyed our extremely large, quiet and well-decorated suit and amenities.

Decent hotel with view to the mosque on the one side, 10 minutes walk to the center. Well equipped gym. Good breakfast. Helpful personnel. Neat suites. Recommend.

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... Staff were excellent. Swimming pool was wonderful.

Amazing hotel, very modern and very well-decorated. My room had a nice view over the Harbour, all the amenities necessary, it is spacious, nice TV, beautiful bathrooms, and free access to Spa (sauna/hammam/turkish bath) + the flying theater which is a must-do! I’ve had lunch in the restaurant and in room-dining service and would definitely recommend this place!
