I recently had the pleasure of staying at Morpheus Hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. The check-in process was smooth, and we were promptly given information about the hotel's amenities and activities. Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. The stunning views from our room added an extra touch of magic to our experience. One of the highlights was the surprise the hotel made to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary, and not to forget mentioning the hotel’s dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring delicious meals made with fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, providing a wide selection to suit every taste. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed exploring the area, and the helpful front desk staff provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Specially Linda who welcomed us and helped in every possible way. Overall, our experience was exceptional. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made our stay truly memorable. The staff of JW Marriot especially when check in "Alexa" explain the hotel facilities very patient to me. Room service "Sue" did clean my room very nice and tidy. And "Grace" from the executive lounge fulfill all our request when we need help.

The gentleman who did my check in was just amazing, Ronald, I hope I remember his name right, he gave me an amazing first impression of the hotel, he was professional and very nice, he answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. I chose Altira to watch the fireworks on the evening of Lantern Festival. The view from the room was just perfect. The show was magical. The room was spacious and beautiful.

The location was good. Close to old town and places to eat. However it is not close to the ferry harbour, so one must take a cab ride to the hotel which is not a huge deal. The concierge/manager that checked us in was very professional and helpful. And on the checkout day he called us a cab to the harbour and waited for the taxi with us. Excellent service. I think his name is Mr. Poon Soon S...thank you for your service.
