Located in the heart of Taipa, Altira Macau is conveniently within 1.2 mi to Taipa Houses Museum and the Orient Golf Club. All hotel rooms have nice ocean view. The hotel location is very convenient for food and transportation. The hotel front desk staff (Philip) was very helpful and adjusted/shortened my reservation which was affected by a typhoon.

The staff of JW Marriot especially when check in "Alexa" explain the hotel facilities very patient to me. Room service "Sue" did clean my room very nice and tidy. And "Grace" from the executive lounge fulfill all our request when we need help.

We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, which made our stay even more special. The design of the rooms is simply excellent – every detail was carefully thought out, and it truly shows. Housekeeping service was available at any time of the day, which made our stay extremely comfortable. A special thank you to Chris from the team, who went above and beyond to upgrade our room and overall experience – thanks to him, we even decided to extend our stay for another night. Also, heartfelt thanks to Harry, who made our dinner unforgettable by ensuring our wine glasses were always full and adding an extra touch of warmth to the evening. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and overall, our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Highly recommended!

Enjoying beautiful views of Macau City and the Macau Grand Prix Race Track, the stylish Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau offers an outdoor heated pool, spa and free parking. One of the best hotels that I have stayed. My child also loved this hotel! All the staffs were very nice and kind. The foods at breakfast were very delicious! And I really loved that the room condition was also great!
